General Provisions

hd999 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and hd999. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted the following general provisions:

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is a violation of these Terms.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must use your own funds when using the platform — betting with another person's money is prohibited.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and proper management of your hd999 account. Compliance with the following account rules is mandatory:

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• It is the user's own responsibility to prevent third-party access to their account.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• To change your name, mobile number, or bank details on your account, you must contact the hd999 support team.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• hd999 may request identity documents or bank statements at any time for verification purposes, and providing them is mandatory.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hd999 platform must follow the designated payment methods and rules:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing money from another person or from an unknown source is prohibited and will be treated as money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

hd999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are provided under the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus; to withdraw this ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.
• Each eligible account is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Before claiming a bonus, you must read the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• hd999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses or any attempt to exploit the system will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on the hd999 platform:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure. You should read the game rules before playing.
• If the outcome of any bet is affected by a technical error or connection disruption, hd999's decision shall be final.
• hd999 is not responsible for technical errors in software provided by game service providers.

• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, hd999 reserves the right to review the account.
• For sports betting, the payout of winnings may be held until the event result is verified.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hd999 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating an account by providing fraudulent or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts or transferring an account.
• Misuse of the bonus system — such as attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Playing games using hacking, bots, or automated software.
• Fraudulent agreements or collusion with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Betting on behalf of a minor or using a minor's account.

hd999 reserves the right to take legal action for the activities mentioned above.

Account Closure & Suspension

• If the account remains inactive for a long period (more than six months).
• If the user requests it themselves.

Before closing an account, hd999 will generally notify the user; however, in cases of serious violation, the account may be closed without prior notice. Any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) can still be withdrawn after closure, subject to verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hd999 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server issues, or internet disruptions.
• Delays or losses caused by the failure of third-party payment service providers.
• Any losses caused by problems with your device or connection.
• Losses caused by cyberattacks or unauthorized access by third parties.

Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If resolution through discussion is not possible, the dispute will be settled by a method agreed upon by both parties.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between hd999 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written agreements.
